Boot Camp Diet

The Calorie Shifting Diet is the closest thing there is a real boot camp diet. If followed correctly, you can lose weight, the jaw-dropping rate of one pound per day.

You diet for eleven days, followed by a three days rest, followed by another eleven days of the diet, followed by a further three days rest, and so on and so forth. During these three days, do what you want to eat. Anything. The only catch is that you must be careful not toget too full at each meal during the three days.
