Prepackaged Diet Food - How To Add Variety And Enhance Taste

I clicked on the medifast diet plan since October. I'm planning on the five plus one, so I've probably spent close to a thousand ready-made meals. I am also working on a very large office complex full of dieting women. Those of us on diets often have taste tests at lunchtime. For example, the medifast shakes are pretty good, but they are fantastic, ifmade in a high quality blender, served cold, and covered with fat-free cream and sugar / fat-free caramel syrup. (Fruit flavors are also very good.) This trick can also be used for puddings, fruit drinks, latte and cappuccino. This usually helps keep me happy, but if I'm a big desire for dessert, I will a lot of money, and add chocolate shavings, sprinkles, or sliced almonds, my shake or pudding. Yes, theoretically this is fraud, splurge, but this is still avery high protein, low-calorie diet to treat and much more friendly than a real dessert.

I sometimes these freedoms with most foods in my diet. Here are a few examples. I take the pre medifast scrambled eggs, vegetables add fat free cheese rolls and make them into a fat-free tortilla for an omelet or breakfast sandwich. Sometimes I add to salsa. Also I would add sugar syrup, fresh fruit and applesauce to the oatmeal. I add hummus or fat free to dive tothe soy crackers. I top the chili with cheese and fat-free fat-free sour cream. Sometimes I have the chili in a tortilla, add salsa and sour cream and call it a burrito.
